Adrian Horin, Manager -Adrian is a Senior Energy Efficiency consulant at the SAE Group as well as the Manager of dinkum energy. His expertise includes the specific areas of hydrogen energy, fuel cells and solar photovoltaic residential, corporate and large solar farms. He has extensive experience running companies, developing new markets and managing large projects. Adrian is available for commercial consulting where companies are looking for an alternative to the highly carbon intensive power grid.
Prior to his current position, Adrian was a technical sales advisor for the Mark Group for almost 4 years. He managed the Energy division of LC Pty Ltd, Brisbane, Australia. Leslie Consulting is a consultancy in mechanical engineering for approximately 5 yearsHis role at LC involved researching sustainable industries nationally and internationally and developing business opportunities in the energy field.
Adrian also has had 25 years in the building automation and computer technology industries holding positions in various retail, commercial and distribution companies including roles as Managing Director (Mytronics Pty Ltd) and CEO (Maxcom Computing Pty Ltd / Smart Cities Pty Ltd).
In 2005, Adrian completed an Advanced Diploma in Renewable Energy Technology at NMIT in Melbourne, Australia. He won the Selectronics Renewable Energy Scholarship two years running.
He is the Public Officer and Company Secretary of the Australian Association for Hydrogen Energy. He is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) in Queensland; a member of the Australian Institute of Energy, immediate past Chairman of the Brisbane south branch of the Queensland Justice Association, a Zintro expert in the areas of renewable energy, fuel cells and building automation and a member of the Australian Research Network for Advanced Materials.
